Why did michael Jackson feel the need to make weird noises in his songs?

also wy have I never seen an interview where someone confronted him and asked him why he does it? he said things like HEE-HEE!!!!! and SHAMONE!!! I know that shamone, cha-mone, jamone, and things like that are supposed to be "come on" but why did he feel they need to say Hee or Hee-Hee? he clearly wasn't lauging about anything.
