She says she misses me...really?

I was talking to a friend that I haven't had the chance to hangout with or talk to for a while because of my busy schedule. Midway through our conversation I ask her how she's doing and she says she misses me a lot. The first time she said it, it was followed by lol and I could tell she was joking a little but this time I'm not so sure.
