Is there a case here?

I know its kind of smy, but I broke my elbows jumping over a carls jr drive thru sign. I was running by, jumped over it, fell and hurt myself. Its cost me weeks of work, thousands of dollars, and ive fallen behind in school consequently. I do not wish to lie, I was playing around. The sign itself was in sort of a odd place. Anyways is there grounds for a lawsuit here?
