Does he like me? for real??

okay so ive liked this guy since 6th grade (im a senior in high school) but i never showed any signs at all. he on the other hand, showed some "signs". first, he kept yelling my name across the hall and when i turned around he would smile. then he would pop up behind me and poke me in my ticklish spots. then when we were in english lit together the teacher was afraid of us, so she let us do what we wanted while she cried, and he was playing with my hair. no one usually touches my hair because i get mad when its messed up. lately he winks at me then ignores me. or bear hugs me from behind then ignores me. i really have no idea what to think especially since a ton of my friends tell me he likes me. help?
