Smokers have a limiting privacy right!?

Do people who enjoy smoking have any right? Increasingly, the answer is no. Smoking is become a social issue because more and more people are care about it and the second-hand smokers get cancer’s rate is higher than the smokers. One person’s habit affects others, and also brings the harm to others; therefore, I believe smoking is a social issue. Another reason I believe smoking is a social issue is the government enacted many laws to restrict smoking. If smoking is not a social issue and don’t have too many people care about it, why government needs to make a law for it. Smoking not only harmful to the health of smokers, but also endanger the health of other persons. Therefore, smoking is social issue that we need to figure out. In my opinion, smokers have a limiting privacy right to smoking.
