I have a troublesome cough what should i do?

I've gone to the doctor and he cleared me from pneumonia but diagnosed it to bronchitis, he prescribed some dm syrup and some antibiotics, I've finished the antibiotics and syrup and still have the cough, what would be the next step as far as prescriptions?
