Does the Gov. of IL fly dailey from his home in Chicago, IL to Springfield, IL, at taxpayer expense?

I've heard that the Gov's. wife refused to leave Chicago and relocate to the Gov's. mansion in Springfield. As a result he commutes everyday via private jet to and fro at our expense, (I'm not sure about the jet). Leaving the mansion sitting idle (except for and other functions) at our expense and waste, we probably even subsidize his living expenses at home as a result. Can we stop this taxpayer abuse? Please don't answer : yes don't vote for him, or vote Republican, they all feather their nest at our expense. This problem falls under the category of Gov. waste and abuse and in my opinion is theft from the taxpayers. And where are the Gov. watchdogs who theoretically lookout for this type of behavior?
