I need advice; thanx?

its hard to tell, it looks like the paper has previously been stained or dyed that color. if you can enlarge the pic anymore and if you see definite lines in the tanish color or streaks of the same color then it was prolly color pencil. when you stain or dye it shouldn't leave streaks, but the streaks could have been put in there as well..so its hard to tell
