How could i get a bunny to survive out side in the winter below 40oC?

I really really want a bunny but i cant keep it inside the house because i had one before but we had to sell it because it would chew on books and other stuff and my mom had a hard time to breath. So i decided to get a rabbit hutch but i don't know if i can get it to survive in the winter where it can get below 40oC (i want to get a holland lop or a nether land or a dawrf).
