Help! Menstrual Cramps or implantation cramping.?

Ok My husband and I have been ttc #2 for 6 years with two miscarriages. The last miscarriage was 21/2 years ago. Seeing specialist now who discovered I have a follicle acid deficiency. I just did not first clomid/hcg iui. I had me first shot of hcg on 2-10 and my iui on 2-12. I got my second hcg shot on 2-16. On 2-20 I had very light spotting which quickly stopped. Ever since the spotting I feel like I am getting my period at any moment. My are really sore and I am very tired. I am due to get a blood prego test on 2-26 but I am going crazy. Am I having period cramps or implantation cramps.
