Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN?

We're planning a trip to Pigeon Forge in Oct., and would like to go and see the Dixie Stampede while we're there. I know that it's a 4-course meal as well as a show, but how is it laid out? I mean, is he food brought out DURING the show, or in between different acts in the show? Is there a menu that you can choose, or do you just get what they give you? How about the drinks - free refills? (an important question if it's going to be a 3 hour show). Any other details about this show would be great, thanks!
