Can I make any kind of report against my boss?

My boss had asked me to come in for a meeting on my day off. So i came in and expected it to be our routine meetings that we have monthly. Instead I was bombarded by three other managers from my team on how I was selfish for requesting Christmas off. I had put in the request over two months ago and offered to work Thanksgiving and New Years for the opportunity to be able to go back home to my family on Christmas. The bashing fest turned into a two hour long session. It even got to the point where a fellow co worker got in on the action and was allowed to make comments on my selfishness. Is this right? It was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I explained to them my feelings, and the fact that they had two months to inform me of any schedule conflicts. No one approached me until now, (three days before my vacation). All three were yelling at me to the point that it brought tears to my eyes, but then was reprimanded for not being professional in the "meeting". But they themselves were not professional. I feel that they could have approached me with their concerns about the schedule in a more professional manner. We are all managers on a team of a fast paced industry, and yet I feel as if i'm back in high school. What was supposed to be a "meeting" turned into a yelling fest and a bashing of all the things they didnt like about me. Is there any kind of report I can file against them with the Department of Labor?
