Are you a girl thats not comfortable with the subject of going out?

Ok for the ladies.. i really like this gurl.. shes younger then me by 2 years.. i asked a friend to see if she likes me or not.. after like 3 weeks.. she couldnt get an answer becuz the gurl kept evadin her and tellin her ill tell u later.. so my other freind asks her a question bout another guy and she does the same thing.. i thought it was jus me so i stopped talkin 2 her temporarly to clear my mind of her but we played 4 on 4 bball today and my feelings came bak .. wat do i do?
